ToT Loto reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals.

• Games are conducted fairly using a randomized number draw system
• Each ticket is unique and generated independently
• A winner is determined when a player completes a full row on their ticket
• The prize pool is distributed among winner(s) after platform commission is deducted
• A 10% commission is applied to each game's prize pool
• A portion of commission (2%) contributes to the Jackpot pool

All game results are final. Decisions made by the platform regarding game outcomes are binding and cannot be disputed.

All transactions on ToT Loto are conducted in USDT (Tether) via supported cryptocurrency networks.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount may apply
• Deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation
• Processing time depends on network congestion (typically 2–30 minutes)

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to your registered crypto wallet address
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply
• Identity verification may be required before processing
• Network fees apply and are deducted from the withdrawal amount

ToT Loto offers a referral program that rewards users for inviting new players:

• Each user receives a unique referral code (their username)
• When a new user registers using your referral code, you earn additional free tickets in the Bonus Room
• Bonus Room tickets are free of charge
• The number of free tickets you may claim equals 1 (base) plus the number of users you have referred

ToT Loto reserves the right to modify or terminate the bonus program at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the referral system (e.g., creating fake accounts) will result in account termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ToT Loto:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Abusing the referral or bonus system with fake accounts
• Sharing accounts with other individuals
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Harassing or threatening other users or platform staff

ToT Loto collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By using the Platform, you consent to:

• Collection of registration information (name, email, username)
• Recording of transaction history for compliance purposes

• We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; we cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses

ToT Loto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Request from law enforcement
• Extended account inactivity

Upon termination, any pending withdrawals may be reviewed before processing. Funds associated with accounts terminated for fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Remaining balances will be processed according to our withdrawal policy.

ToT Loto may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:

• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
• Significant changes will be announced via platform notification or email
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
