🎱 How to Play

Classic 90-Ball Bingo, Simplified

Bingo has been around for generations for one reason — it's easy to learn, fast to play, and every round brings a real shot at winning. Here's exactly how it works on ToT Loto.

Each ticket is a 3×9 grid — 3 rows, 9 columns.

  • Every row holds 6 numbers and 3 blank spaces
  • Numbers range from 1 to 90, spread across the grid in ascending column order
  • Every ticket is generated independently — no two tickets are ever the same
  • One number on each ticket is highlighted in red — your Bonus Number (learn more -->  bonus rules)

🔢 How Numbers Are Drawn

Once a round starts, numbers between 1 and 90 are drawn one at a time, completely at random. As each number is called, it's marked on your ticket automatically if it appears there.

You'll see the number appear on the board, hear it, and watch your ticket update in real time — no manual marking needed.

🏆 How You Win

The first ticket to have all 5 numbers marked in any single row wins the round.

That's it. One full row — top, middle, or bottom — and the round is yours.

If more than one player completes a row on the exact same draw, the prize is split equally between them.

Every ticket you own carries a hidden edge — the Red Bonus Number. It's not just decoration. It's your shot at winning more than the standard prize.

🎯 What Is the Red Bonus?

On every ticket, exactly one number is marked in red. This is your Bonus Number — unique to that ticket, fixed the moment it's generated.

You don't choose it. You don't control it. It's simply part of the ticket, waiting for its moment.

🏆 How Do You Win It?

Winning a round isn't enough on its own — the Red Bonus has its own condition:

The last number drawn in the winning round must match your ticket's Red Bonus Number.

If that exact number is the one that completes your row and it happens to be the final ball called before the round ends — you don't just win the round. You win the Jackpot too.

📈 How Does the Jackpot Grow?

The Jackpot isn't handed out from nowhere — it builds up over time.

A small share of every game played across the platform is quietly set aside and added to the Jackpot pool. Round after round, game after game, it keeps climbing — until someone's Red Bonus lines up with the final ball.

The longer it goes unclaimed, the bigger it gets.

👥 What If Multiple Players Win the Jackpot at Once?

It's rare — but Bingo has its surprises. If more than one player's Red Bonus Number matches the final drawn number in the same winning round, the Jackpot is split equally among them.

Example:

3 players complete a row on the same final number, and all 3 have that number as their Red Bonus → each player receives 1/3 of the Jackpot pool, alongside their share of the regular prize.

No one loses out. Everyone who qualifies takes their fair piece.

💼 Commission Policy

A 10% commission is deducted from the total prize pool (Pot) at the end of every game, including both Real Game Rooms and Bonus Game Rooms.

The commission is distributed as follows:

  • 8% – Platform fee used for system maintenance, development, and operational expenses.

  • 2% – Allocated to the platform's Bonus Fund, which finances promotional events such as the Red Bonus and future bonus campaigns.

This structure helps ensure the long-term sustainability of the platform while continuously providing additional rewards for players.

💸 Withdrawal Policy

To maintain a fair and secure gaming environment, the following wagering requirements apply:

Deposited Funds

Every deposited amount must complete a minimum of 50% wagering before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Example:

If you deposit $100, you must place at least $50 in wagers before requesting a withdrawal.

Bonus Funds

All bonus winnings are subject to a 100% wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.

Once the wagering requirement has been completed, the bonus funds become available for withdrawal.

Internal Transfers

The wagering requirements do not apply to transfers between players within the platform.

Users may transfer funds to other players at any time without completing any wagering requirement.
